- CEChris EllisOct 7, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would. They never answer the phone. Act of congress to talk to post master. Been waiting on a refund THEY screwed up 2.5 months ago. Post master says he will call back ha that's a lie. When they do answer they put you on hold until you hang up. I hope I never have to deal with them anymore they need alot better management.
