* update, 2 years later and I still can’t get anyone at this post office to answer the phone!? It rings until they click something to make it turn from ringing to a busy signal! Or simply pick up and hang up. What are people stuck at home with disabilities and no help supposed to do? Calling the usps 800 number is easily hours of nightmares and most of the time the prompts are either not relevant or it doesn’t understand a word you say and winds up disconnecting on you! I can’t take it or this town anymore and am so stuck! **Postmaster Andrea is absolutely wonderful and I have enjoyed talking to her but I have to remove a star because I can't get anyone on the phone, for the last week of constant efforts to follow up on a few issues. Once getting passed the recording and all, the phone rings multiple times and immediately changes to a busy signal and I have called, possibly, around 100 times yet it's exactly the same each time. USPS needs to fix the phone system (also, they need to add an accessibility bypass for the disabled and individuals on the spectrum so they can skip the teleprompt system on the main, national line and reach a human being without so much unnecessary added anxiety and stress) but also, the emails I have received should allow response and interaction so I can find out the important information on the tickets created for my multiple missing packages. Going to spend the day trying to get them on the phone at the office, again. Fingers crossed it's finally fixed.
