For starters the lady the “runs” the front desk basically looks on most days like she’s just rolled out of bed straight into work. One time she actually asked me if she sounded rude. I told her she did. I wasn’t lying. I have a service dog/pup in training. I went in to mail some items. And they didn’t even see my dog Until I had to use a table. Once she saw my dog she told me I couldn’t have her in there. I explained she was a service dog in training. The other lady got up came to the counter with MAJOR attitude bobbing her head etc. and told me the dog could be on the side with the P.O. Boxes but not in there. I guess if I were to have a medical issue I’d have to be sure to be on the P.O. Box side. Ridiculous! They absolutely broke ADA rules! Because I don’t look disabled. Not all disabilities are visible. I went straight to brusly post office gave her the entire scenario asked if my dog would be allowed. And she said absolutely! I went to Port Allen post office yesterday. They have a sign saying SERVICE dogs allowed! Addis post office is wrong! And you discriminate against disabled folks! I will NEVER use your post office again! And I hope you do this to someone else. That he the power and money to sue you!

She seemed like she was having a bad day and took it out on me. I really hate, that I have to deal with that post office.
- NPNef PitouJan 19, 20221.0What is the point of leaving the 'attempted' delivery, no one home slip in my mail hut? Of course no one was standing at the mailbox to receive my package. If the mail is on the wrong truck then just be honest about it. I'm always having this issue with this place.
