- EIEfren Luis IzquierdoFeb 28, 20231.0Why is that lady SO RUDE? My experience there was awful. I had an appointment at 11:00am Feb/28th. I have to say that the gentleman on the left side was polite but that lady on the right side, taking care of Passports, was sooo rude, unprofessional and even sarcastic. It seems like she was annoyed of dealing with people or that she hates everything and everybody. She used every little detail to make rude & sarcastic comments, with rolling eyes, bad face and beligerant voice tone. She rushed me out of the place with the worst attitude I have seen in a long time. Who hired her? Why is she still there? Moreover: If she hates her job so much, why doesn't she try to work doing something different?

She belittled an elderly man who was just needing help and then rolled her eyes at my husband who needed to make sure he had enough postage on an important piece of mail. This isn't the first time we've dealt with this woman being the worst. Every time I've gone in there she is rude and unprofessional.

Although I should have done better in my part on making sure my mail was addressed correctly and packaged accordingly, I BELIEVE THE SERVICE SHOULD STILL NOT HAVE BEEN THAT BAD. I contained my frustration as I realize that yes she's tired and that she's probably had a long day HOWEVER, that does not excuse the harsh tone and choice of words used and worse, tossing my mail in front of my face because of my frustration. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years and yes I understand the weight of the job BUT the customer and whoever you are serving SHOULD NEVER EVER EVER BE TREATED THAT WAY! ... I had 3 USPS agents in front of me this evening and the other 2 either disregarded the fact that she was acting the way she was OR they were unable to make the experience a little better .... either way ... I am disappointed at the service and apologize that my business was an inconvenience to you. I was at the post office on 08/07/2020 @3:45-4pm
