- KBKyle BauerMay 25, 20252.0I’ve had 2 packages in the past week that have been reported as delivered “in or at” my mailbox but I never received the packages. They are nowhere to be found. And I have to jump through so many hoops to report them missing or not delivered to the correct address. This is BS! My mail gets delivered but my packages always get screwed up. My mail being delivered is the only reason I put two stars and not one.

- MWMary WilliamsNov 15, 20211.0My brother had his same mailbox for several years. He moved a woman in house 3 years ago and let her use his box. He recently passed away. The post master let her remove his name and change the lock on the box without the family knowledge. The woman isn't his executor or administrator over his estate. When I asked the post master how she could let this happen she told me anyone can do that. Then when I asked what they did with his mail she gave me a nasty look and in a even nastier tone she goes he doesn't get much mail anyway so don't worry about it.
