- MMMariNov 18, 20251.0I keep getting incorrect mail in my mailbox and it seems like nothing is done about the situation. Mail we send off doesn’t get sent off within a good time, we’ve almost had to file a missing mail report (it contained a decent amount of money). Our usual mailman is fine but whenever it’s someone else on multiple instances they have messed up my mail and not delivered it.

I was guaranteed call back for 2 days with no response. This was 5 days ago. Last night a man rang my door bell and stated my title was delivered to his house last Friday and apologized for waiting so long to drop it by. I’ve been trying to contact post office back about it and it says “wireless caller is not available” seems odd to me.

- LNLisa NelsonFeb 16, 20211.0I should have known better than to put my mail in the box for pickup today. Sure it's a snow day, but there's been no pickup Sunday or Monday because of holidays. However it's now 4:30 in the afternoon my postage that needed to go out today has been in the box since noon. There are no tracks showing that there's been a delivery attempt or pick up. There is traffic on our road so it's not like the road is blocked or impassable. It's just not because it's a snow day. Routinely pick up and delivery of mail is Hit or Miss to the point that we try very hard not to put any mail for pickup in the box, resorting to driving to another city nearby to drop our mail for pickup in an outside box rather than trusting the delivery system through Vine Grove.
