This is 12-6-23 and it is still sitting in the 40383 Post office in Versailles,KY where It was left there to be shipped. How do you explain such terrible service. I suggest the USPS terminate those employees and hire an employee that will ship the items on schedule. My order tracking had a 12-4-23 delivery which is already 2 days late as of 7 pm. On 12-6-23. I demand that whoever is responsible be terminated immediately. No excuse for being that sorry. It's shameful.

We had to move to little Elm,TX ( which one of the ladies in the post office is AWFUL, UNFRIENDLY, and EXTREMELY RUDE- she likes to wear a lot of gold jewelry ) and I ordered a package but forgot to update my address. I called Versailles office and Rob was sooo helpful, he tried everything to relocate my package! Hands down the BEST post office EVER!
