- SGSarah GriffinJun 29, 20221.0I have lived in Verona for 20 years and have never had an issue with this post office until its recent change of management. The new operator is a mess. She has new "guidelines" and requirements when shipping items, that are not standard protocol. Recently I had 5 orders that were marked as delivered to my PO box, I was checking daily and nothing. No normal slip for notifying, no mail, nothing. When I called, Rhonda stated that they never have/need to put slips to notify of packages, which is false. She than changes her story and states that she forgot to put the slips in this week. Regardless, my experience has been horrible and I can't unrecommend this post office enough.
