- MTmoon taterJun 5, 20181.0USPS SUCKS!! Dont use it unless you have to! Ups is better. These spoilt little adults have it so convenient dont have to even answer the phone. I talked to someone yesterday in costumer service because you can't call the local post office. They did not help me so I am calling again this morning during hours it is open. I'm currently on hold for 3 hours and 40 minutes, when yesterday I had the option to get a call back. Thats okay I can't wait to speak with someone in the next couple hours and tell them how much of an inconvenience they make things for the public people. Screw them. They took it upon themselves to hold my package because someone ELSE screwed up the address. The address is correct on the envelope because the person I bought it from sent me a photo of the envelope with my address with the stamp on it the day she mailed it to me and it was CORRECT . Now it's on a 15 day hold ??? I work nightshift and it's not realistic for me to drive back to town an hour later and back home when I have to go to bed so I can work tonight. If they were opened til 5 I could probably make it - waste my damn gas - but I'd make it. I really would like to speak with someone in cooperate and I will ask if this phone call goes through before I go to bed. Hopefully 3 hours was an exaggeration. Btw. USPS your depressing ass guitar riffs suck.
- CDCharlie DenneyNov 27, 20175.0Great post office. Always a quick trip in and out. They get you what you need with a lokng wait or any trouble. Has some of the best route carriers ever. There is one that delivers on my street sometimes she is really awesome, super helpful. Candace is her name. Great worker, always focused, always friendly. She is even nice to look at, very easy on the eyes.. But she does a fantastic job representing the USPS. If only all the employs were more like her. But this is a great post office, it is close by so always convenient when you need to run down and drop something off or pick something up. All around a great run place, although the best thing about this place would have to be those carriers... They get your mail to you no matter the conditions outside. Great place, great service quick, knowledgeable, friendly, especially that Candace. She definitely deserves a raise and extra vacation time.
