- GRGabii ReyFeb 10, 20261.0I could BARELY get a word in with the front desk lady. EVERY time I tried to explain something she kept interrupting, talking over me assuming what I was going to say and EVERY TIME she was wrong because I would have to kindly prove to her and REEXPLAIN my situation. I was basically holding up the line because she wasn't listening to what I was saying. I do not know her name but I do know her face, and I would turn and leave if I have to go back to the post office in Stanford for something if I saw her again. It seems to me that she just had the mindset every customer is rude, mean and out to get her. I know the customer is not always right, I've worked the customer service industry, it sucks! But with her attitude, it made me want to get rude and mean because she was unprofessional, would not let me talk and simply wasn't understanding. I kept my composure, of course, but she did not make it easy. Honestly I would just go to a different post office just to avoid her at all cost.
