- SRSamantha RHFeb 15, 20261.0I mean honestly, what kind of brainless people are you hiring. It’s been pouring the rain since last night, so not like a random storm came through here. This thing was so drenched that the directions inside were damp. Thankfully the wood inside was safe considering it’s a $100 product that USPS would’ve been responsible for. It also isn’t very heavy. I’m a female and had no issue at all lifting it. It could’ve been placed closer to the house out of the rain somewhat or it could’ve at the very least been placed in plastic. With shipping as expensive as it is, you’d think the job would be done better or with a little more sense. Good grief. (Somerset, KY)

Went to post office twice to get it and the driver had it with him. Why would you take mail that was requested to stay there knowing you're not gonna deliver it. I can't make that make sense. So I've got time sensitive mail that's been a week back because they want to play some weird power trip game. Good job USPS
