If it weren't Saturday I would be up there AGAIN, mad as a hornet! I have NEVER had a successful package delivered by the Shelbyville UPS, NEVER, I sat on my porch and WAITED for my UPS delivery because I KNEW if I didnt theyd do this, and what did I get? I watched them drive past my house and not even slow down. Low and behold I have to go and get my package on Monday now. Also to the woman on the phone who cant seem to not cut people off in the middle of speaking, when I called about it she cut me off maybe 5 times in a 2 minute call. I absolutely hate this place and I will be having a chat with someone when I come for my package Monday. I am so angry.
