- JMJoanna McInnisNov 29, 20251.0I don’t usually leave reviews but at this point I’m just so upset. I am so frustrated with the service provided by the Scottsville/Adolphus Post Office. Despite numerous issues with packages going missing, being sent to the wrong address, or failing to arrive, I am consistently informed that they have been delivered to my mailbox. However, no photographic evidence has been provided, and GPS tracking has not been utilized. I have found packages laying the grass of the neighbors yard bc “I have dogs.” I dont have a dog. Those are my neighbors dogs. I was assured that my carrier would investigate and follow up with me by Friday, but I have yet to receive any communication. Furthermore, I am facing difficulties getting refunds for certain items due to the post office's claims of successful delivery, which contradicts my own experiences. It is unacceptable that I am expected to take on the responsibility of tracking down lost packages and pursuing resolution. This has resulted in financial losses for me, which I can not afford. Idk what else to do bc I’m literally about to lose it. There are things I have to get on line. I can’t find them local to me.
- CCChristina clarkJul 19, 20255.0Always friendly when I go in to pick up packages or stamps, employees are always helpful and willing to answer my questions and once they even helped locate a missing package that went to the wrong city, so that it could be delivered properly and gave me follow up instructions. Home deliveries are always accurate and true to tracking. My post person is even kind enough to place mail and packages that are too large for the mailbox in a plastic bag and close it up to protect everything during bad weather. I'm not sure if it's protocol, but it's definitely appreciated! I have even received some shipments on Sundays. Which, to me, is going above and beyond for local USPS, regardless of what shipping services require. I understand standard mail does not typically run on Sundays, so I'd never expect such ...but they almost always follow through. I've read some of the other reviews and, not only am I surprised, but it also just makes me even more thankful for the positive experiences and excellent service I receive regularly. If any if the employees read this: Thank you all so much for all that you do!
