- MGMitch GriffinNov 29, 20251.0I needed this package delivered to me in a timely manner. This house has a "beware of dog" sign that's been hung up for years. Long before we ever moved in. There is no dog to be wary of here. Today one of the employees saw that sign as an excuse to not even grace our driveway. They put in one package that fit inside the mailbox and promptly drove off without delivering the other. They cited "interference by an animal" despite not once laying their eyes on any animal at all. The dog we do have is utterly harmless, and on top of that, restrained to where this postal employee could have delivered it anywhere. But no, they couldn't even be bothered to turn in the driveway and ATTEMPT to do their job. I needed this package before Monday, picking it up on Monday does me no good. This employee's laziness has rendered this expense completely and utterly pointless. All the efforts and expenses prior to this delivery were a waste. Now somebody gets to return this package at their own expense. Good job USPS 👍
