- DJDave JJan 2, 20261.0The Rineyville USPS is continuing to provide subpar service. Haven't gotten my mail or packages in several days. I subscribe to the USPS mail delivery app and it shows me what mail and packages I'm suppose to get for the day. I've called to ask where my mail and packages are but initialy told it was a new carrier. After the second day still no mail and it is in the carriers possession. Called multiple times but now no answers after leaving multiple messages. Have no choice but to file a IG complaint since I suspect that my mail is being deliberately held by the carrier....possible theft?

Despite having my PO Box number clearly on my packages, they’ve been refusing and returning them to the sender. I’ve never dealt with anything like this in all my years of having a PO Box. At this location, I’ve had four—possibly five—packages from UPS and FedEx sent back without reason. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend getting a PO Box here if you expect your packages to actually be accepted.

UPDATE 31OCT 2022: came home today and the postal worker just threw my package in the yard. I have a recepticle to have them place in therr and not leave their vehicle . Close to filing a IG report.
