- EKEmperor KhesJan 31, 20261.0Its absolute laziness. I cleared out every inch of snow and ice on my drive and the area surrounding my mailbox and my mail/deliveries are still not being completed. There is no obstacles, clear access to the mailbox and house, yet still, nothing.
- JJJanetJan 29, 20261.0I mean this is getting ridiculous. Around 1/3 of my packages never make it and get sent back to the original sender due to "No Access to Delivery Location". I don't understand how one day it can be fine then the very next day a package can't get delivered. To make matters even worse, they also immediately send the package back and you never get what you ordered. It's a joke. There's no way anyone thinks that's an acceptable way to handle mail and packages.
- DJDave JJan 2, 20261.0The Rineyville USPS is continuing to provide subpar service. Haven't gotten my mail or packages in several days. I subscribe to the USPS mail delivery app and it shows me what mail and packages I'm suppose to get for the day. I've called to ask where my mail and packages are but initialy told it was a new carrier. After the second day still no mail and it is in the carriers possession. Called multiple times but now no answers after leaving multiple messages. Have no choice but to file a IG complaint since I suspect that my mail is being deliberately held by the carrier....possible theft?
