    Paid additional $14.80 for "Digital file opening" for associate's clicking to open the document on the USB drive for printing a print job that cost only $2.48. I was NOT informed beforehand that there would be a heavy penalty for clicking to open the document for printing. This is what you would get after Office Depot closes. Please don't print at UPS and take your business somewhere else!

    I had to come back and change my review…. Because when I came back for second and 3rd time the guys and manager were so helpful.. even thow my first experience was terrible the guys and the manager recuperate my experience and made it until a positive . Today I had to come to the store to print some drawing for my job and at first I was help by carol and she not once said good morning or smile at me … she was dry and rude and unfriendly. Then I had someone else help me his name was Taylor and he was amazing. Very communicated and helpful. Try everything he could to help me… even told Me to Have a good Day.

    Employees packaged my item, the packaged was damaged during delivery. This was an item I was selling through Mercari, now Mercari will not refund my $50 since UPS is blaming me for incorrectly packaging the item. Don’t use this store.
