- JBJenese BSep 25, 20253.0They have moved locations and not yet updated their Google maps address. New address 9217 US HWY 42 Prospect, KY 40059 which is a portable trailer in the parking lot across from the Prospect Animal Clinic.

- VRVishnu RMar 24, 20214.0As of 3/22/2021 - When you take a passport appointment here - the email sends you an appointment reminder with address that is elsewhere (probably it’s google maps which shows the wrong address) . We ended up with the wrong address that was 7 miles away . A lady called Tina who works here was of immense help . She did our passport for our new born .Thank you Tina for making it so easy for us :)
