I missed a package delivery because your delivery driver didn’t have the curiously to knock on my door so now I have to wait until the next business day to get it because none of you will answer the phone. To anyone reading this do NOT do business with them. Good thing you all don’t have to save any lives, everyone would be dead.

I called for 2 hours and let it ring until it stops and no one's ever answered the phone. I don't drive and they have packages that they claim has an insufficient address. But after checking with the supplier I ordered from it's actually correct. So how do I get my packages now if I don't drive and you won't answer the phone to help resolve this issue?
