I sat in the parking lot and called and it wasn't a customer in there....then I go in and called and watched the lady look at the phone ,watched the man walk by the phone..this is the worst post office in history.I mover back in June they still haven't processed my change of address...They are also marking my packages as per customer request pick up at post office "I've never done" I'd say it's a lazy carrier that does that..Now my package was sent from the post office somewhere in Tennessee when I live 10 mins away and they had it!! Yall are rude and awful people 😒
- PBPaul BallardFeb 22, 20251.0This place is a joke, I have a package that was sent to the UPS store however do to flooding the owner redirected items here. However do to unprofessionalism they will not give me my item even with proof of ownership claiming the UPS owner can only get it out and give it to me. While I commend the UPS owner for trying to be a team player the postmaster did not and should be fired.
- PTParadigm ThirteenJul 26, 20231.0If I could rate this USPS site Zero stars I would.. It is impossible to call the local USPS. They either don not answer the phone at all or it don't work.. I called for 2 hours and let it ring until it stops and no one's ever answered the phone. I don't drive and they have packages that they claim has an insufficient address. But after checking with the supplier I ordered from it's actually correct. So how do I get my packages now if I don't drive and you won't answer the phone to help resolve this issue?
