- TNTiffany NicoleJan 19, 20241.0I wish I could give ZERO stars!! This is by far the worst mail lady I’ve ever had to experience. She’s lazy, she shoves packages in the mailbox to the point that they get stuck and when you force them out, the whole mailbox breaks. Not to mention it also damages/breaks the items inside the package. She’s so lazy that she would rather throw an expensive package in the middle of my driveway for it to get ran over instead of walking another 2 feet to the porch. She’s so lazy that when we get the slightest snow, even when roads are plowed and clear, she’s not able to get to the address to deliver the packages. I’ve also suspected her of opening certain packages/mail and stealing stuff inside and seals it back up! Sometimes she doesn’t even seal it all the way!! She also likes to deliver important mail to my neighbors instead of us. I understand the mistake of it maybe happening once but not as many time and as frequent as she does. I will now get a PO Box to get my mail from because the lady that gets paid well from the state to do her job!! Complaining never helps as you can never get ahold of anyone with USPS. I have never made a bad review before but I am beyond done with this issue!! What happens when my kids don’t get their important mail? What happens when my toddler doesn’t get important paperwork from her doctors? Something needs done about this and I know I’m not the only one with these issues. I don’t care how long she’s worked with ISPS . If she’s old and can’t do her job then get someone else who can!!
