Very rude/unfriendly.
I went to get my passport documents and I was very coldly given the form to fill out and sent on my way. I had all my documents but the guy never asked me to look at them, but to fill out the form and make an appointment. Fine, that was no problem. I make my appointment, I show up, and the guy looks at my birth certificate only to tell me I needed to order a new one with the seal, as the others I had were just copies. Not a problem, but I wish he had looked at them the week before when I was rudely handed the form. Unhappy, but not a problem, I went to the website given and ordered it. Mailed off my documents from the Beaumont USPS (closer to work) and had way way way better service from them. I got it this week (took about four weeks, as I’m from out of state) and I decided to go to the Beaumont post office to verify that I had all the correct documents. I was treated EXTREMELY kindly by the gentleman there and he let me know I would need to go to the Nandino Blvd. location to get my passport. Overall, staff at Paris USPS are unfriendly, don’t seem to ever want to actually help the customer, and I will never set foot in there again.

Delivery is always on time, which is great! Though, whenever I request a package to be put on my back porch through informed delivery, the mail carrier still always throws it on my front porch.
