I realize ALL post offices have different sets of rules. BUT when a post master tells you one thing, and you do it, then you get to that post office and deny and will not accept, the thats a BIG problem. Very upsetting to drive 45 miles for nothing.

I usually ship packages from this USPS location without any issues. However, my recent experience with their passport services was very disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled between 10:45 and 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:48. Despite being within my scheduled time slot, an older staff member told me she couldn’t help me and that I’d have to reschedule. She was rude and dismissive, offering no assistance or explanation.
I ended up going to the Metropolis location instead, and the difference was night and day. The staff there were kind, professional, and best of all — no appointment was needed for passport services.
If you need a passport done, I highly recommend skipping this location and heading to Metropolis. This USPS location makes it feel like helping with passports is a burden.

I've had no big issues until recently when they randomly decided to return a package of mine twice. The 2nd time it didn't even make it back to the sender, so it's been stuck at this post office for months, now. And, I can't get ahold of anyone about it, because their phone always gives a busy signal. That package cost alot of money and I can't even get a refund for it.
