- JJJus2patientNov 11, 20213.0When it rains they put my packages not up by my door but right on the edge of the porch to get wet. Only once has that not happen and I have a lot of packages coming in. Now I have been waiting for something that said delivered and I get the parcel key out of my mailbox and nothing is in the parcel. Auto system takes you through so much and I finally got someone on the phn who helped but I still don't have my package and the post office is closed today for Veterans day. I am very upset about this situation. I understand staff shortages because I work in healthcare but if you have a job to do, do it right and don't rush! When you rush mistakes can be made. I'm hoping my package is in another parcel but I need it asap which is why I ordered it when and how I ordered it. Very disappointed with their service and gave 3 stars for customer service and the 1 mail deliverer that didn't leave my packages in the rain.
