They measured and quoted over $145 lady was rude with her nose in the air. We decided to get another "quote" elsewhere. Put the box in the car came back in and asked for the weight and measurements for reference. She said she had.no idea what she done with it. It was sitting still right in front of her. I mail a lot of things. We won't be using ups anymore. Atleast not that location.
