When they don't deliver - they hold it without notifying you for only 5 days. This happened with my car title, which I had waited months for and with my son's birthday gift. I shouldn't have to drive half an hour each way to pick something up that I paid overnight shipping for. I've had nothing but issues with FedEx since the first time I used them and they destroyed a container of electronics, made no effort to deliver it and/or contact me, then erroneously tried to return it to where I purchased it, trying to charge me for shipment both ways...
