- RGRita GravleyDec 16, 20242.0I can't get my packages delivered right, packages get left in the middle of the driveway, in the rain, or at the base of the mailbox by the road, my mailbox is at the bottom of my driveway on the main road, I get messages saying, undeliverable, no one home,( when I'm sitting on my deck waiting) and today I got one that said no acess to delivery location!!! LAZY, INCOMPETENT, deliver drivers. They need to be retrained to do their jobs!!

This is the first time I've ever had a lost package and it just so happened to be 3 separate ones, I'm not even mad that they were delivered to the wrong house, Richard found them and personally brought them to me. However, I will say that LeAnn at the front desk needs to find another job that does not involve speaking to people as she was rude with me and multiple other that came in while I was there. It was completely uncalled for. Richard was made aware and I hope he can find better help.

The mail carrier never leaves our packages and then I have to track them down. They always say they had issues delivering, my driveway is 1000 feet from the mailbox, they could leave it on my porch instead of having me drive all the way to the post office to get it.
