    I have a package that is still sitting in the parcel box where I live. It was delivered on February 9th I have had phone calls that assured me I would get my package and I have went in in person made a complaint and still no package today I will go to the local authorities to see if I can get some help from them to secure my package this is so very frustrating and unprofessional on their part thank god it’s not a life or death situation

    Untrustworthy and lack integrity. I have been home all day. Left a letter in my mailbox with the flag up for them to pick up a letter. I was also expecting a package. I just received at 5:30 pm Thursday February 5, 2026 a notice that they could not deliver my package due to weather conditions. It has been a clear day. Temp 27°. No one has been down my street to deliver today.

    I accidentally added the wrong address to a package delivery and when I had called the post office they told me that I had until the end of the day to get it so I went to the post office at almost 4:00 when they close and they told me that the carrier still had it and that I could come the next day and retrieved I returned the next day and they couldn't find it contacted the seller of the item who told me UPS's website tells them they've already started the return The post office took my number down as if to call me if they had found it but instead they decided to return into the sender without alerting me The first time I had gone to receive the package The clerk was nasty she was rude her answers were short and disrespectful and she even threw my ID down on the counter.

    Google Maps may say they're temporarily closed, though this is not accurate. Hours not posted online. I'm new to the area and arrived a minute after closing. They refused to service me.
