No one approached my home to obtain signature, and, of course, no signature obtained by postal employee. Found package in my mailbox down by the road. Way to go! Security at this facility needs evaluated, and, hopefully, upgraded. Inconsistent service continues (did not get mail delivered after hold mail expired last month). Had to call to find out where my mail was, and get it delivered - the next day, and, obviously late!

I called the direct line, got a hold of Patrick, and he took care of it right away. He was able to track the carrier, have him re-visit my location, and located my package, which had initially been placed in the wrong mailbox. I can’t thank Patrick enough for his help!
