  This location has consistently provided unfriendly and dismissive customer service, regardless of which employee is working. On my recent visit, I asked a simple question: “Will my label scan?” Instead of attempting to scan it, I was immediately asked whether I had the label in my email. When I clarified that it hadn’t been scanned yet, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff. I also asked whether someone could assist me in bringing a package from my car into the store due to a disability. I was told it “depends on who is working,” and was pointed toward a dolly without further assistance. Customer service should not feel adversarial. I will be choosing a different UPS Store for future Amazon returns.

  My favorite store by far. You can do so much here—shipping, printing, copying, and so much more all in one place. Everything is always very well organized, which makes visits quick and stress-free. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing reliable service.

  Returned iPhone got lost in the mail having been mailed from here. Idk what happened. Icing on the cake is that I lost my receipt. I'm probably going to get charged $1299.99 so Yay for me.

  Nothing ever works. I went to send a fax and the fax machine was down. I went to print color copies and the machine needed service. I was told to come back later. I came back in the afternoon and still wasn't able to print. Another trip to Lexington is now required for something simple. This place is nothing more than a drop off point for Amazon returns.

  The store is efficient, convenient, with mostly friendly staff, and meets expectation for an average UPS Store. However, constructive criticism is that the apparently new owner does not have a customer service mentality. I have yet to see her smile or be friendly rather than courteous, which of course doesn't negatively affect service. But to succeed local businesses only thrive when they develop relationships with customers that help them save time and money. An example, I requested 2 express envelopes, one to be used now and one for an afternoon shipment. The reasonable response from the owner was we do not give out envelopes because we buy them and people use them to ship in drop boxes. As a 70+ year old lawyer I explained I always bring them to the store for a receipt, but it is more convenient for me to seal them in the envelope at my office. The response was a curt are you going to ship both now, and when I said just one, the second envelope was quickly put back. I was planning to switch my existing (11 yrs) Lexington Chevy Chase UPS mailbox to Nicholasville on Jan 1, but friendly responsive customer service is more important to me than convenience.
