- PAPaul Adanick6 days ago3.0Nothing ever works. I went to send a fax and the fax machine was down. I went to print color copies and the machine needed service. I was told to come back later. I came back in the afternoon and still wasn't able to print. Another trip to Lexington is now required for something simple. This place is nothing more than a drop off point for Amazon returns.

However, constructive criticism is that the apparently new owner does not have a customer service mentality. I have yet to see her smile or be friendly rather than courteous, which of course doesn't negatively affect service. But to succeed local businesses only thrive when they develop relationships with customers that help them save time and money. An example, I requested 2 express envelopes, one to be used now and one for an afternoon shipment. The reasonable response from the owner was we do not give out envelopes because we buy them and people use them to ship in drop boxes. As a 70+ year old lawyer I explained I always bring them to the store for a receipt, but it is more convenient for me to seal them in the envelope at my office. The response was a curt are you going to ship both now, and when I said just one, the second envelope was quickly put back. I was planning to switch my existing (11 yrs) Lexington Chevy Chase UPS mailbox to Nicholasville on Jan 1, but friendly responsive customer service is more important to me than convenience.
