Unfortunately, the clerk on duty appeared very inexperienced and was completely uncooperative. They refused to help me, did not allow me to speak with a manager, and offered no support in resolving the issue. The package was wrongly delivered to the wrong mailbox, and this repeated misdelivery issue was not addressed properly. This lack of professionalism and assistance caused significant frustration and delayed any progress in locating my package. Very disappointing experience!
