    Jeremy at UPS was the very best! He helped my fiance and I send out packages to our bridal party and was so patient and helpful. Was such a meaningful experience, so grateful for his help!

    It runs like a typical UPS store but their customer service is sub-par. several of their agents are rude and snippy. I realize that working in this environment can be stressful but if you don't have the disposition for it, you probably shouldn't be working there especially during the holiday season. They talk about customers once they leave the store behind customer's backs so that means they do it to everybody. be joyful to do your job be happy to help others that don't know as much as you The lady the other day that didn't know how to do a return was her first time ever using that UPS option. was no need to act like that

    I am very disappointed. I have had successful deliveries from this vendor for 4 years at my current address. Despite giving very clear instructions via the shipper to call from my lobby, UPS reported two failed attempts. I am very suspicious that there was barely an attempt at all. Since the shipment contained wine, I changed the address to a local UPS store. I did not receive notification that it was delivered, but I was able to determine that it was there. Why was I charged a handling fee when I have already paid sufficient shipping charges? Money grab? Shame on the employee who failed to deliver and your policy charging me more shipping.
