- ARAnna RiceDec 18, 20251.0Why is it that they never seem to be able to answer the phones and then when you go in person to get help the only answer they give you is well I’m sorry I can’t help with that it’s out of my hands. Literally the worst branch of mail and package delivery I have ever seen I honestly don’t know how they are able to still be running like this and no one higher up has stepped in. I don’t understand how you can be so okay being so terrible at your jobs.
- ARApril RoseSep 8, 20252.0I ran into my first rude postal worker here. He was impatient and noticeably irritated. Maybe he was just having a bad morning. He did his job correctly. I guess that’s really all that matters. Although, he passed his frustrations on to me. I was shipping something very fragile. He told me that it didn’t matter if I stamped my package with “Fragile” or not. I kindly told him I’d like to write it on the box … and that really irritated him. I’m always nothing but polite to the postal workers when I visit the post office. If you have a job working with the public you should have better manners.

- KCKaleb CrenshawAug 15, 20251.0Worst customer service on the planet, and that saying something. I got more willingness to help from of their head branch. After speaking with the head branch I got transferred to them I got absolutely nothing nope help at all. My package arrived at this facility really early in the morning and I live on campus, which is literally right down the street I still haven’t received my package and it’s almost 4 o’clock in the afternoon now so it’s just been sitting there all day. I likely won’t even be able to receive my package until school until the day of school starting which sucks because I was hoping to be able to get all of my stuff before school started and have everything ready. I did my part and I made sure I ordered everything in a timely manner and all of my stuff was supposed to be to leave by today. I was supposed to have it but at this point, the delivery issue isn’t on the people who sent my package or anyone in between its specifically on Morehead Postal Service.
