- JWJack WesselJul 28, 20251.0As others have said, Amazon packages are never delivered. Very frustrating. We don’t have a mailbox but we do have giant house numbers and our name on our house and we’re only 15’ from the road. Please be more professional and start delivering packages.
- KHKev HSep 1, 20241.0Absolutely, awfully lazy. Everything I purchase that's around 14" box, they don't even attempt to deliver. Yet they lie and mark the package to the shipper as they attempted to deliver. In this case, Amazon. Then they make you drive to the post office. Just do your job.

Why don't they just say the driver didn't want to work on Sunday? Three times in the past four weeks they haven't delivered my packages due to some made up reason. "obstacle in driveway" and "held for pick up per customer request" are their typical reason, although neither one are true in any form at all. I called the last time and was told the carrier simply "forgot" the packages. Wow. 😅 Good thing my insulin wasn't in there. Would give one star rating except that the staff are friendly.
