- JWJack WesselJul 28, 20251.0As others have said, Amazon packages are never delivered. Very frustrating. We don’t have a mailbox but we do have giant house numbers and our name on our house and we’re only 15’ from the road. Please be more professional and start delivering packages.

We do not have a physical mailbox but we do have a marker in the yard with our physical location . We have a covered porch and my Husband is almost always home. We have a two car attached garage so we park in the garage. I believe they do not want to come down our driveway because they do not see our cars, which are parked in the garage. Nothing is ever left to notify us of non delivery till we start tracking our packages and learn that they have been returned to shipper. NOT HAPPY.

One came the other one said couldn’t find secure location, which makes no sense. When the other one had a secure location they’ve done this to me over a dozen times and whatever postal woman it was when I called the post office. I offered to meet in the parking lot. They kept giving me every excuse that they’ll be closed by then wanted me to miss work, which I’ll probably have to because I’m without my medicine. They don’t want to help no one they’re too lazy and don’t wanna go the extra mile and help someone let alone do their actual job and deliver the packages. No wonder everyone thinks it’s obsolete.

Its ridiculous that i send someone in to getting it after calling them n oh yall sent it back. Smh. Ive never had these problems with clinton county n that is why my p.o. box is there. If i dont know whether its coming fedex, ups or usps then how can i give them correct address? In the mean time, yall dont give me chance to get tracking numbers to come n get it then when i do its returned to sender. This is ridiculous
