- VMVance MitchellNov 29, 20251.0Go online for a change of address and the website says my new address doesn’t exist, even though I got it through the local 911 office. Visited the local post office in person twice for help and they said they’d fix it. Two months later, and it still isn’t fixed. Plus when you call the 800 number you can never speak to anyone and the computer prompts are terrible. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Typical government inefficiency
