My package has been missing for over a month and every time I have come in to check on it I have gotten a different answer from whoever’s working. I constantly have issues with packages being marked as delivered without showing up to my door. USPS is the worst by far!!

I live in Rosenwald Apartments my address is a Scott St address but my mail goes to a Couch St address. My question is are your mail carriers able to read? If so they need to stop this foolishness and get the mail in the right boxes. Thank you! I hope this will be resolved real soon. Important mail is not gotten for days, because it's going to the wrong box!!!
