- CHChris HearldAug 23, 20241.0Today makes like the 5th time I was refused to be given a receipt and also refused to scan another package I was sending out as I requested twice today, and each time I visit this location. I usually have no problems but with one of the ladies here just does what she wants and has no regard for the paying customer's request. I do hope the owner or someone would address this with this worker at the counter here! I asked for my mail back as she would not provide the receipt or scan the last package and took them to the covington Scott Street post office and without issue they accepted and scanned all my packages and provided a reciept.
