- MCMadeleine ChesneyMar 27, 20261.0Had a return weighing less than a pound with a QR code to return in package’s original packaging. They wouldn’t even put a strip of tape on the package to seal, told me I had to buy a whole roll from them. Will stick with UPS and FedEx in the future.

They weren’t helpful whatsoever and even gave me all the extra supplies I had to purchase for free because they knew they were in the wrong. I will never support USPS again after this experience and taking my business to other companies who understand excellent customer service practices. Stay FAR away from this location, total garbage.

In the last two weeks, I've tried to mail packages at: 10:30 AM, 11:50 AM and 2:30 PM, only to be met with one of the above signs. The website says it's open so why isn't it open?
