My package arrived here on the 30th of March, we suppose to arrive at my home by March 26. So it is now April 6 and NO package but tracking it’s still in Louisville on Gardener Lane lost office. They are horrible I was in there at Christmas and the only Lady left working locked the doors early and told us as leaving not to let any one in. But always want a raise.

Today, March 30, 2026, I went to this location to apply for my passport. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 a.m.; I arrived at the facility at exactly 10:30 a.m. and stood in line for 10 minutes. When my turn finally came—at 10:40 a.m.—the woman who assisted me refused to process my passport application, claiming that I had arrived late, despite the fact that I had been waiting in line for ten minutes. It appears that the woman is somewhat racist, as I am Latino, and the way I was treated was completely different from how the other people there were treated. I believe that, in this great country, such behavior constitutes a gross lack of respect, and that we all share the same rights.

Today, March 30, 2026, I came to this place for a service, and the difference in how a certain woman treated me was noticeable—perhaps due to my Latino appearance. She was very rude, whereas with other American customers, she appeared cheerful and smiling. I believe she is a bit racist to be working in customer service.
