- MRMukti RMar 12, 20261.0We had a terrible experience at this USPS location. We had an appointment at 2 pm to apply for a new passport. We arrived around 1:30 pm, but there was no application form on the wall. We asked the young lady there if we could have a new passport application form, and she rudely replied, “Do you have an appointment?” She wasn’t even dealing with a customer. I waited there for about 5-6 minutes, and then they called me. They asked me to bring the necessary documents and gave me a form to fill out. After me, she did the same thing to the next customer. I don’t know if that’s the way she’s been trained or if that’s the way the government office provides service. No customer service, zero politeness. It was truly awful!
- CRCyrus RichardsonJan 16, 20261.0Awful experience today. I had an appointment for my passport and everything ready but got absolutely nowhere instead waisted a day. One of the clerks caused me to waist my day driving in circles. She refused to do anything helpful not even getting me someone higher up when I requested claiming there was no one else. Minutes later she grabbed her supervisor for someone. I regrettably did not get her name but might go back for it if I get a chance. She was black with really short hair dyed pink. I was trying to file my passport but she kept saying something was wrong and sending me elsewhere even though I had everything ready. She then proceeded to help others that had nothing prepared. Eventually someone else in the post office heard and was sweet enough to write down an address for somewhere else she thought I could go that day and even though that place didn’t work out I can’t thank her enough for her kindness. So I really do not recommend this place. I wish everyone there was as nice as the lady who took time to help me and I hope something is done about the rude one that somehow put me further from getting my passport than I was when I went in. There is no reason there should have been an issue.
