Saw him making a female customer uncomfortable on his business area and also heard some stranger slander about Mexican people. Very problematic, very rude and bigoted. I can’t give it a zero so I give it a one. Don’t recommend.

He still helped me when I was late due to going to the wrong post office for my appointment, made sure I got the right passport for flying, kept patient with me while my card continued declining, let me come back in once I figured THAT part out... I didn't deserve the patience he provided but I was thankful. AND his co-worker (I didn't catch her name) was super patient, too. All my chaos made a long line but they were so professional. Thank you again 😭
