- PSPublic service3 days ago3.0The staff is excellent! This federal building is NOT REALLY handicapped accessible. It only has two handicapped parking spaces and NO ♿️ doors to automatically open or a button to push to enter or exit. I struggled with a walking cane and a small but heavy box to open the outter and enter doors. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
- BRBob ReamsApr 13, 20263.0Horribly understaffed, long lines, often have to circle the parking lot multiple times to get a parking spot. I quit even attempting to go to this location months ago. The only reason I'm giving it it three stars is because of the lady that works there, she's a very classy, attractive woman who is often the only one at the desk, she never seems to be flustered and does a great job. I feel sorry for her and have heard many others say the same. The post office needs to put some resources into this heavily used location, remember folks, taxes equals services. If you give giant corporations and billionaires tax break after tax break, then there's no money available for things such as this, or the environment, or health, etc. I'll stop. You get the picture, think about it in November...

And no one from the back will say anything to you. If they're understaffed where's the manager responsible for stepping in?? The only positive is the blonde lady at the front counter as I'm assuming the AA lady is no longer at this location (she was nice too). Do better PRP!
