I went in to send a sensitive fax to the state, and when I asked for a copy via email, the employee sent my personal information to a random contact in their system. There was no excuse for this—simply failing to confirm the email address before sending confidential documents. This is a serious breach of trust and entirely preventable. I would not trust this location with anything sensitive. Use FedEx or United States Postal Service instead.
