- ALAdam Lucas2 days ago5.0I dropped off an Amazon return, and when I got the email I realized I had the store scan the wrong code, so I was going to lose out on a few hundred dollars. I went back to the store and the employee (manager maybe) went above and beyond to help me fix my mistake. He dug through a pile of returns to find mine and helped me switch things out. I know returns isn't their main business, but how willingness to help will bring me back.

While they are extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly, the staff are running themselves ragged trying to do multiple jobs at one time. Meaning, you may be waiting a bit for the help you need. Not because the staff aren't trying their best, but because this is modern retail.

- CCChris CalkinsMar 17, 20261.0I bought a chair here and paid for assembly. Weird thing a lot of the screws weren't tightened. The build quality is poor especially for a lazy boy chair it should be good. Whoever the tech kids who put the chair together left all the screws loose.
