    This company now uses Primo water as its name but its operating principles are Cott Water and Coffee. You are not a valued customer but a target. Past practice was to call a day prior to deliver but that has changed with the intent of sticking you with deposit charges. Yep they got me this time so now I must adapt going forward.

    Quick update I went to return my equipment to the location given. The location was wrong and 2 more hours of back and forth nobody could give me an answer. When a company doesn’t pick up equipment and empties, then turns you over to collections illegally, then is unable to give a real solution to returning the equipment and persist with collections. Unethical and illegal predatory behavior to gouge good customers when the terminator service. Loyal Customer for almost 10 years, when I went to cancel due to a relocation they told me to leave out my equipment and empties, which was never picked up then. I was turned over to collections. Now I have to return the equipment they were to pickup. Then I have to call the collection agency back to ensure they won’t try to collect for returned equipment. Terrible Customer Experience Frustrated Jeremy

    The absolute worst bottle water delivery business currently operating! 4 out of the last 5 deliveries they have not shown up for, all of which were confirmed the day before. I have to wait an eternity on hold to then be lied to yet again with a new delivery date which they don't show up for as well. Then I want to cancel my account and they won't give me a phone number & active address where there are people working to return the bottles back to in order to get my deposits on them back. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They also charge over $11 to deliver your water when they decide to actually do what they have been contracted to do.

    Purchased this at Costco. Set up delivery for Wednesday August 12. Called Monday the 10th to confirm. Never showed up Wednesday, I called in afternoon and was told someone at the company rescheduled it for Friday the 14th. Nobody ever took the time to notify me. Friday August 14. Called around noontime today, was told someone rescheduled for the 17th. I said, NO, they better have it here today. Both representatives I spoke with, Wednesday and today were pleasant and apologetic, but the Company has a TERRIBLE Business practice. Will let you know if I hear back from them and receive my order today. I will ALSO report to Costco if I do not. *UPDATE* They did call and said they were going to do everything they could to make it right and get it delivered Friday evening. A couple days later I received a message. They informed me that they were cancelling my account because I was out of their service area. I asked their representative at Costco before I ordered; she checked and they said, YES. Then the reps on the phone, NONE of which told me I was out of the service area. Also the MANAGER that called me and tried to get a delivery Friday evening. This Company is TERRIBLE!!!

    They never made delivery in time. I have to call and yell to have scheduled for another day. I did not receive my delivery last month at all. This month planned to have it today 8/07/20 They canceled it in the morning. We are two elderly people lives in an apartment. Very very bad service.
