  1126 W Breckinridge St, Louisville, KY 40210 only uses the FedEx toll-free 800 number so you cannot reach anyone at the actual location. I was trying to find out if the store was open due to the weather. There also is no email address

  I was in and out in no time on Christmas Eve. Very polite employees both times I went there during the holiday rush. I was shocked I was the only one in there. Handicap Parking right in front of the door.

  FedEx driver in New Albany, IN keeps delivering the packages to the wrong house. Also there is no option on their phone system for wrong house deliveries.
