- KLKristen LeeApr 24, 20261.0I am on to you , I know your tricks! You give an estimated time and usually, once the estimated time starts, you're able to track your package on a map. If the map does not show app and then it's not going to be delivered that day. Once the allotted delivery time has passed. It changes to 8 PM at end of day, however, if you go and use the AI bot It'll tell you the that it's going to be delivered the next day. Then you call the call center and they reassure you, it's going to be delivered that day, but that's just to appease you, they know very darn.Well, that it's not gonna be delivered till the next day.And this is happened several times i'm paying money for next day or that is not happening.

- RERon EllisonFeb 16, 20262.0Ripped Off Maybe RIPPED OFF is a little harsh for this situation. But then they shouldn’t have ripped me off. I had a Google prepaid return. Google said no box or packing needed. Just scan the QR code at any FedEx shipping location. The manager scanned my code and told me “that doesn’t include packaging.” The item was a watch without a band that I already placed in a bubble bag. I said OK not wanting to hold up the customers behind me. $3.99 + tax for Filler Only Pkg SM. A small price to pay for the sanity of those in the line. That manager was a real animal. He’s going far. $4.23 at a time. I could tell it was the manager because he had a regular shirt with his name tag instead of a uniform t-shirt. Good luck bud. 2 stars because my package was delivered on time. Although according to the tracking, the watch went in a 12x10x4" box weighing 3 lbs. I not sure abut the watch weight but it measured 1-3/4" diameter by 3/8". I think Google may have been ripped off too.
