Everytime I am wondering where my package is I look and it's always held up right here. Looking at locals reviews this seems to be a regular thing. I may stop ordering from the company I order from just because it goes through this place and it sits there far too long and much longer then it sits anywhere else. As a North Dakotan I don't wanna here it's weather related. I understand weather delays but doesn't explain why this happens every time. Get better management please.

That is unfortunate because this is the second year in a row that mail and packages have came to a complete stop here. Totally unacceptable. Mail and packages sitting for weeks and even months with zero explanation from anyone in charge. I feel everyone working here, employees and bosses, should all be fired and replaced with people who know what they are doing because the ones here obviously have no clue what's going on or what they are doing. DO BETTER!!!!

But it's a cop-out. You can't get a hold of anyone. I've tracked my package everyday and it says the same thing every time. I can't get a description, details, or a picture of proof that my package is still secured. This place is a joke. They're hiding and they know it! Let us come pick up our own packages since you can't deliver them.. oh wait they're probably broken or misplaced!
