Wow, to be honest I didn’t have much faith in the post office to do anything until today, carrier Eli helped me with finding a lost letter. I’ve been asking for weeks for the post office to do something about this and Eli solved it in 2 minutes. This post office should be ashamed of themselves and do better, and hire more carriers like him.

I came to renew my passport the day of my appointment. While the clerk was very friendly, he misinformed me indicating that I did not have to send my current passport in with the application (not true!). It turns out my application was put on hold because they did not have my current passport! I went back to the post office to mail in my current passport an told the clerk at the time about the misinformation. He did not care to even listening to me, kept asking for the name of the clerk who told me that, insinuating that I was lying. I told him that I did not know the name, but could give him the date and time of my appointment and they can figure out who the clerk was. He just dismissed me saying they couldn’t do that, without making any effort to try to remedy this situation in the future. I am posting this in case this could save someone else the hassle.
