- DPDayana Claudia Rodríguez PeñaOct 31, 20251.0Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar cero, que sería lo que calificaría en esta circunstancia la semana pasada tenía cita para sacar el pasaporte a mi bebé, empezando que cuando llegue y dije que tenía cita fui totalmente ignorada y me tocó hacer fila, ya cuando al fin me atendieron la señora que atiende muy racista y despota me dijo que no podía atenderme porque no sabía hablar inglés y que eso estaba en los requisitos y que yo tenía que llevar un traductor si quería el pasaporte de mi bebé, a lo que un señor me ayudó y dijo que él se ofrecía y ella no accedió, porque supuestamente necesitaban lo datos de esa persona, realmente ella trata mal a la personas, no sólo fue a mi, fue a todo latino que estaba ahí, cambié de correo para esta semana y sorpresa señora hice mil preguntas y en ninguna parte dice sobre ese requisitos inventados que usted habla y a mí acompañante jamás le pidieron datos. Gracias a Dios mi bebé ya tiene su documentación lista, muy amables en el otro correo del 40299 un chico llamado Erich me ayudó con todo el amor del mundo, deberían revisar el comportamiento de esta señora, muy mal

I was attended by a lady with red hair in braids who treated me extremely badly, she even told me not to go there anymore as if the place belonged to her. Simply because I made a mistake when filling out the passport and when I went to hand it in again she told me that she could not attend to me anymore because my time had passed while she was having other people who were after me.
