My neighborhood hasn't received mail in OVER 3 weeks due to this crappy location. Everyone here needs to be replaced. When they do deliver mail it's ALWAYS mixed up (we have community cluster boxes) and the still screw it up. Aaron (one of the supervisors) makes excuses for the staff (I'm sure they are all friends) and nothing ever gets resolved. My best advice is to file online OIG complaints. That means it has to be investigated. But the crappy management here will correct the issue, but it quickly goes back to being the same old thing. Then when we go to pick mail up it's another excuse on why they can't hand you your mail (most recent was they can't hand mail over the counter). This place needs to be shut down, building demolished, and combined with a different location leaving behind all these inept employees looking for different employment. Also, I know this is a waste of time because they don't look at these reviews. You've been warned.

The last call to customer service he asked me if i had time to get up there before they closed, i get up there and they are so lost on anything. The guy in the front is so lost and then the manager did not even give me a chance to explain to her what was going on. The post office sent my package back to thee sender did not verified my account after bringing all my documents up there yesterday.
