I even went up to the post office in person to ask where the mail was so that I could just pick it up. All they said was to write my name, number, and address down and they would call me tomorrow to say where I could pickup my mail. 1+ week later still no call. I've called this office and no one ever answers. My road has been cleared for a week, I drive it everyday. As of today it's been 2.5weeks without mail with no update.

Useless excuse of an employee at the counter too.
