Absolute incompetence. USPS failed at the most basic task.
I dropped off a perfectly legal, small package (1.02 oz perfume). Tracking shows it never left the post office where I handed it over. It just sat there. For days.
I called repeatedly and got the same useless script: “We’ll submit a service request.” Nothing happened. I went in person and the clerk literally said there was nothing they could do. So USPS loses a package before it even leaves the building, and the official response is “oh well”?
Now I’m being told to file a missing package claim — for an item USPS failed to scan, move, or properly handle at the origin. That’s not a mistake. That’s negligence.
No accountability. No urgency. No answers. Just endless phone calls, empty promises, and employees who act powerless in their own workplace.
If this is the standard, it’s no wonder people avoid USPS whenever possible. Losing a package at drop-off is beyond unacceptable.

Excellent. Marcus was super helpful n did a great job helping us with passport applications. I had the applications pre-printed from State dept website which was helpful. Also highly recommend taking onl;ine appointments since walk-ins may not work most of the time.

Service sucks! They could care less if you're there. If I have to go to the USPS I know it's going to suck. I'd rather die than go there. Their delivery service is worse! If I'm going to receive a parcel I know it's going to be the last day if at all.
